Dirt with Snow is a solid block which can be mined with a shovel or even bare hands. When mined, the player receives an ordinary dirt.
Dirt will become Dirt with Snow when Snow lies on it. Under sunlight, the snow cover will spread to neighboring dirt blocks.
Dirt with snow appears in snowy biomes.
