Waterlilies are plants which can only be placed on water. Players do not collide with it and it can be collected by hand.
Waterlilies occour naturally at ocean level on top of shallow water over dirt (exactly 1 block deep). In most mapgens, it only occours near the deciduous forest, rainforest and savanna biomes. In the v6 mapgen, it can appear in any biome.
