Mese Ore is an ore, when mined, will give you a Mese Crystal. You need a bronze pickaxe, steel pickaxe or a stronger pickaxe to mine it. It is rarer than gold ore and more common than diamond ore. It always appears in small clusters inside stone. See Ores to learn more about where to find this ore.
Closely related to mese ore are mese blocks, which are much rarer than mese ores and diamond ores.
