Desert Sand is a common block found naturally in Deserts, which covers large areas of desert stone. It can be mined by a shovel, but the hand also works, but much slower. Cacti and dry shrubs can often be found on desert sand. It can be smelted into glass and crafted to Desert Sandstone. Desert sand falls when there is air or any other passable node below it.
Desert Sand can be turned into desert sand soil when a hoe is used on it.
