I have assembled this information into one convenient place because it took so much time over several days to eventually find it all myself and I thought it might save others a lot of time and possibly prevent some impatient players from giving up on the game. My intent is to list only those key items in each section which an advanced beginner is most likely to find useful with links to full lists.
