I wanna get Cotton in my Minetest but I can't find it. Needs Minetest some special mod for this ?

No, no external mod is needed. Cotton does not spawn naturally, you have to plant (“build”) it. You can tell this from the table to the right of the article. It says “Generated: No”. This means cotton does not spawn automatically. In order to create cotton, you have to do the following:
  1. mine some Jungle Grass, eventually you will get Cotton Seed
  2. craft a Hoe
  3. create Soil with it by rightclicking on a Dirt or Dirt with Grass block.
  4. select the cotton seed and right click (use) on the soil you just created
For the cotton to grow, the soil has to become wet. See Wet Soil. Please note that jungle grass is not activated by default in Minetest. You have to edit minetest.conf and to add “v6_jungles” on the line which starts with “mg_flags” (create this line if it doesn’t exist yet). See also Biomes#Jungle. See also all the other links. ;-). You could also have inferred all the information I wrote here by simply reading the article and following the links. In the future, please ask support questions in the forums, the wiki discussion pages are made for discussion about the articles itself. --Wuzzy (talk) 19:39, 10 February 2014 (MSK)
