Hi, I noticed that you often use this separator for wiki pages:

I do not think they are a bad idea, but they are not standard. Section titles should be enough.

I use it to give more space between sections. With that, wiki looks more clean and beauty.

Can be a standard? (If not, I can stop using.)

Personally, I don't think they are necessary.

In the source for Wikipedia pages (e.g. wikipedia:Operation Overlord), you'll notice that separators aren't used.

So yeah, it would be great if you could stop. (I hope I'm not being too bossy!)

I'll stop (you aren't too bossy. I like collaboration and discussion about ideas and standards).

Now that you mention standards, I would like to standardize the wiki by Mediawiki standards.

Do you think wiki administrators will give me permission?

Minetest Wiki is far beyond Mediawiki version. It's not secure and it's not using the best extensions of MediaWiki.

One of them is the translation method that is obsolete. The Mediawiki standard is like this and not duplicate the page for each language.

Another method is the use of sub pages, the way it's used does not allow automatic indexing and alphabetically (example). I know I should not create external links but somehow it says that this internal link do not exists.

What do you mean with four tildes? Do you mean that I should sign with date (fourth tilde)? I consider this page a temporary page. I clean it when is too long. It's the reason I'm signing without date but if it's your wish...

Ah, I forgot that it's possible to sign with three tildes; I thought you were manually typing in your signature :P

As for the wiki being obsolete, I agree that it should be updated. However, I don't know the most effective means of communicating with the people who can update the wiki. I've managed to get celeron55's attention on IRC before, but that requires timing and patience.

I don't think the admins will be willing to give you admin privileges to update the wiki, but it's worth a try.

EDIT: Linking to Category:Mods works fine for me, so I'm not sure what's going wrong for you.

About permissions, I'm posting in forum about that.

About Category:Mods works fine coding by hand but there is a bug in tool editor that puts link external [[1]] and says: this page do not exist.
