It certainly looks like a Minetest fork, but I haven’t downloaded it. But if it is a Minetest fork, it logically belongs to the list, because the page is called “Overview of Minetest forks”. But we should have more data as well. Do you have any useful data for me on this project? What are the differences from Minetest? (the only difference I see are different textures). What are the project goals? Where the hell is the source code? Is the project still active? Who made the fork? With what motivation? I can’t find satisfying answers to these questions.
